Project Richard 1 – water for people of Kenya/KILIFI

Project implemented in KILIFI, in the eastern part of Kenya. Giriam people. May 2019.

We drilled a well to a depth of approximately 45 meters. We installed an electric pump and a 10 000 liter tank, as well as a reinforced concrete structure supporting the tank. Additionally, we delivered and installed a solar kit consisting of 2 photovoltaic panels, a steel frame, an inverter and the necessary accessories. We built a fence around the entire plot – partly from wire chain link, partly from limestone blocks. The whole project was carried out in cooperation with local contractors.

This well is used by Sadi’s family and about 300 residents of the nearby area, including children from a local school.
