Today, the President of Ełk, Tomasz Andrukiewicz, has welcomed Ireneusz Markowski, borned in Ełk – founder of the “Drop for Africa” Foundation, the initiator of the fundraiser and the first donor for the purchase of a respirator for the “Pro-Medica” hospital in Ełk. The Mayor thanked him for his commitment and active help for our city’s residents.
