Grabiszyńska 186 lok. 3b, operates on the basis of the Act on foundations of April 6, 1984 (Journal of Laws 1991 No. 46 item 203, as amended)
These regulations are intended to determine the conditions for the online donation carried out by Dotpay.pl
The website allows you to make a donation to the Foundation to support statutory activities.

A donor can be any adult legal person or legal entity without legal personality, hereinafter referred to as the donor.
In order to make a one-off donation by the Website, after selecting the online payment operator, the User is redirected to the www.dotpay.pl website
As part of online payments, the User can make payments using:
payment cards, electronic transfers and traditional transfers (the current list of cooperating banks and Dotpay.pl payment methods is available at https://www.dotpay.pl/metody-platnosci/)
credit and debit cards. Details on how to make online payments and how to make them by payment operators are set out in the regulations that the User may read at https://www.dotpay.pl/dla-kupujacych/regulamin/
The Foundation is not responsible for any interruptions in access to Dotpay.pl.
In justified cases, the Donor may file a complaint and request the return of the donation. Complaints should be submitted to the following address: ireneusz.markowski@kapnijdlaafryki.pl, entering “complaint” in the title of the message and providing the reason and detailed transaction details. Each complaint will be considered by the Foundation within 14 days of receipt of the complaint.
The Foundation has the right to change the regulations at any time.
